Meh, Metallica didn't "die". You just don't like their new stuff.

I personally love every album (especially their self-titled album, Load and ReLoad) except St. Anger. It's personal preference really, I hate rap, hip-hop, pop and techno but you don't see me going off about how the people who listen to it suck and so do the people who make it (which so many faggots actually go and say).

I like Metallica up to and including the Black Album (self-titled). I don't really hate Load and ReLoad, but neither do I like them - too simple from my perspective, only song I like is The Memory Remains. Garage Inc. was good. St. Anger is a joke. Death Magnetic had 2-3 songs I liked.

I think it's all personal preference really. I don't mind the slow tempo of some of the songs on Load and ReLoad. If I want a break from it I'll listen to Kill 'Em All with it's faster tempo songs.

I couldn't care less what music you like personally, I hate rap, hip-hop and pop but I won't kill you for liking them. I just don't like them. Plain and simple.
