Where/when was this referenced in the game? Does anyone know?

It's an incredibly famous tagline that appeared in multiple movies as a nod to John Landis's screenplay of the same name.

I use this:

http://www.gamefaqs.com/pc/250533-deus-ex/faqs/51057

A simple Ctrl-F finds most quotes. It's not a perfect script, not every eventuality of the game is covered, but it does list all the datacubes, e-mails and quotes from WIB/MIB etc.
